What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later for a fee depending on the check-out time and subject to availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free in the common areas of the hotel.
Is parking available?
You can park in the vicinity of the hotel or in the communal car park which is 300m away.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 1 years old and children from 2 to 12 years old will be considered. From 13 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cots available for free. Request it when you make the reservation.
Can I store my ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski upon payment of a deposit that will be returned at the end.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
